Summary
The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor manages the day-to-day production floor
logistics of the hourly manufacturing employees in accordance with company
policy, and product quality standards. This individual is expected to utilize
labor hours efficiently and minimize non-value-added activity; Be an agent of
change. The Supervisor is responsible to identify and resolve production-related
problems by working closely with the direct labor workforce and personnel
