Operations Manager - Lead with Purpose and Drive Growth!
Location: Monroe, Ohio (ONSITE ROLE)

The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our parts and service departments, ensuring all functions are aligned with our company standards and values. Your role will directly impact the efficiency, profitability, and success of the facility. You’ll lead a team of dedicated professionals, including the Parts Manager, Service Writer, Technicians, and Yard Associates, and be the driving force in meeting key performance metrics.
You'll ensure that every machine is prepared and repaired to our high standards, parts are ordered and managed effectively, and associates are supported, trained, and held accountable. In short, you’ll be the cornerstone of maintaining smooth operations while fostering a team culture of growth, collaboration, and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Accountability (LMA)

Foster a culture of teamwork across departments and branches, driving effective communication and routine meetings.

Manage employee time and HR needs while ensuring proper training and safety protocols.

Establish and oversee safety programs within the facility.
Facility & Asset Management

Ensure the physical facility meets OSHA and EPA compliance, maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Oversee equipment and tooling, ensuring they are in optimal working condition and certified.

Monitor and secure physical assets, managing their flow in and out of the facility.
Service Department Leadership

Lead your team to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.

Drive performance improvements using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure machines are repaired and maintained to meet our high standards, and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage customer issue escalations, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Parts Department Leadership

Oversee the parts department’s performance, ensuring sales and profit goals are met.

Monitor call scores and review customer satisfaction levels.

Ensure proper documentation for warranty and accounting is kept up-to-date.
Support to Sales & Rentals

Collaborate closely with Sales, Rental, and PSSR teams to provide critical operational support.

Assist in quoting, machine scheduling, and coordinating machine arrivals/departures to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required, with a 4-year BA or BS degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in a related field.

Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and operations.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire.

Financial acumen, including understanding of income statements and balance sheets.

A passion for customer service and delivering operational excellence.

Experience with parts and service operations is a plus.

Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) are essential.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding role where you’ll be on your feet, walking through the shop, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds. You'll need a keen eye for detail, with the ability to adjust focus and meet visual demands for close, distant, and peripheral vision.
