Personal Banker Support (North)
This job description is written for the purpose of providing an applicant with the requirements of this position. A Personal Banker provides customer service to prospective and existing bank clients via face to face or telephone interaction in a professional office environment. Service includes, but is not limited to, sale of bank products and services, processing banking transactions, and providing problem resolution while adhering to high customer service standards and regulatory requirements.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available with hours ranging from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. Hours and schedule may vary depending on work load. A Personal Banker Support may be scheduled to work at offices located in Crestview and DeFuniak Springs.
A current Driver's License and dependable transportation is required.
