National Sales Representative
The Sales Representative position is responsible for enhancing and growing the customer base of ATS Logistics Services, Inc. through a consultative sales process. This will be accomplished by using innovative prospecting and relationship building tools to secure business and increase revenue for ATS Logistics.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Consultative Sales Process— build long-term relationships with customers; utilize product and service knowledge to articulate ATS's value proposition to customers.
- Team Player — interface with sales development reps, Key Account Reps, Operations team, and Leadership to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prospecting and Customer Development—make phone calls and generate leads.
- Build a Book of Business—build, manage maintain, and nurture a book of business.
- Ensure Accuracy – evaluate and maintain internal and external logistics data by proper record keeping and forecasting for customers.
- Identify Opportunities—spot new business potential and create customized solutions.
- Creativity – we train on best practices but welcome your creative, think outside the box, ideas.
- Coachability—balance team and individual responsibilities; provide and welcome feedback.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of this position is $45,000 - $55,000 with additional opportunity to earn incentive based on activity and margin goals. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
