Your Role as Parts Manager:

As a Parts Manager, you’ll oversee the parts department, ensuring smooth operations, efficient inventory management, and top-tier customer service. Your leadership will be key to driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage: Supervise a team of parts associates, ensuring the highest level of customer service and meeting key performance metrics.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage orders, and keep accurate records to ensure parts availability.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers in-person and over the phone, providing expert recommendations and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

  • Sales Growth: Drive parts sales, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure your team is aligned with company goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and branches, ensuring clear communication and operational success.

  • Training & Development: Lead regular team training and ensure all associates are up to date on product knowledge, safety protocols, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years in parts management, preferably within the construction equipment industry.

  • Customer Focused: Exceptional communication skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong team-building abilities with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with construction equipment parts is a plus.

  • Detail-Oriented: Organized, with a knack for managing multiple priorities and ensuring accuracy.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, with tools provided when needed.
