What You'll Do:

• Own the Billing Process: Create accurate, timely invoices and ensure our clients are thrilled with your efficiency!
• Be the Go-To Expert: Manage accounts receivable/payable, handle vendor invoices, and take the lead on customer collections.
• Make a Real Impact: Oversee National Accounts Billing, monitor costs, and contribute directly to the financial health of our operations.
• Solve Problems, Drive Results: Collaborate with our Service GM and team to streamline processes, hit deadlines, and enhance customer service.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience & Energy: 2+ years in billing/AP/AR, ideally in construction or service industries, and a drive to excel in everything you do!
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office and 365.
• Organizational Superpowers: Strong ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
