Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (Base Salary + Commission)

Serving the Midwest with branches in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and West Virginia, we provide a wide range of equipment and attachments across 88 lines. We're known for exceptional service and for building long-lasting relationships.
The Opportunity:
This is your chance to take ownership of an exciting sales territory covering Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, and Pendleton counties. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.
- Hunt for new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Work directly with the Regional Sales Manager to identify growth strategies.
- Promote Southeastern Equipment's top-quality machinery and attachments.
Expected Sales Targets:
- 1st Year Sales Volume: $1 million
- 5th Year Sales Target: $6 million
Who You Are:
- You live in or near one of the counties in the territory: Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Pendleton
- You bring proven experience with CRM systems and exceptional customer service.
- You have hands-on experience in agriculture, earthmoving, aerial, or industrial equipment.
- A post-high school education or a blend of experience and education is a plus.
- You have the drive to own your territory and achieve ambitious goals.
