How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:

As an Engineer, Maintenance;  you will provide leadership and support by managing all daily breakdowns and routine This role will be based in Verna, Goa.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Implementing and executing preventive maintenance programs.
• Reviewing and improving the spare parts program.
• Providing engineering support to resolve breakdowns efficiently.
• Focusing on improvements to enhance MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) to improve machine reliability.
• Training technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conducting RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) and FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analyses) regularly.
• Developing solutions to eliminate recurring issues and address process-related queries.
• Controlling and reducing maintenance costs.
• Adhering to departmental KPIs and update maintenance dashboards.
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Mechanizing maintenance activities.
• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Developing SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) to improve operational efficiency.
• Following and enforcing all safety norms and maintain high 5S standards.
• Maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• BE Mechanical with relevant experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Machine maintenance
