Essential Functions:

• Review merchant processing needs, recommend viable solutions and drive portfolio growth through new merchant, agent and ISO acquisitions.
• Recommend and implement marketing and sales strategies to execute growth initiatives
• Participate in the underwriting and onboarding process for new merchants, agents and ISOs and manage existing portfolios through customer support, monitoring and reporting.

Essential Skills:

• Proven ability in merchant statement analysis and working with interchange rates, fees, and payment processing structures
• Utilize knowledge of merchant processing including pricing, association requirements, and risk monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of payments industry and/or related merchant processing experience.
• Established network of ISO / Agents / Payment Provider relationships.
• Experience onboarding merchants using Ecommerce payment gateway solutions across multiple processors
• Experience with card brand merchant risk regulations
