How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:
As an Assistant, Admin you will perform - secretarial duties that require considerable experience, duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. You will also prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc. as well as screen telephone calls and receive and direct visitors; and resolve routine inquiries. You will be responsible to schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements in addition to preparing and distributing minutes of meetings. This role will be based in Verna, Goa.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Prepare correspondence from oral instruction or handwritten documents using the word processor.
- Prepare graphs and other such presentation material as directed based on knowledge of subject, procedures, and policies.
- Coordinate personal itinerary, business meetings, and travel arrangements for Manager.
- Receive and screen telephone calls and determines proper response and/or action.
- Reviews and processes Accounts Payable Vouchers.
- Receive and distribute mail, and informs Manager of mail needing immediate action or timely response.
- Maintain filing system and log of expenditures.
- Provide general clerical support to group to include answering telephone, forwarding messages, distributing mail, maintaining department files and record, and transmitting and receiving fax correspondence.
- Coordinate activities at the site during Leadership visits
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in related curriculum
- 3+ years of related experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Expertise in MS Office tools – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
