MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent certification is required.
• Five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative support, advanced secretarial, lead work experience is required.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted as determined by the Department Director.
PREFERED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration,
or a closely related field is preferred.
*Four (4) years of directly related professional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Certification in specialty area of Project Management is preferred.
MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service to the department's internal or external customers.
• Must possess strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, good organizational,
project management skills, sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and be detail oriented.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm; occasional after hours may be needed.
WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
