Registered Apprentice-CNC Machining
Dynomax, Inc is a family owned company that designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, sub-assemblies, and electrical components for the aerospace and defense industries. We are seeking a Registered Apprentice with interest in becoming a CNC Machinist. This three-year program combines targeted coursework at Harper Community College in Palatine, Illinois with relevant work rotations at Dynomax, Inc in Wheeling, Illinois
Apprentices who successfully complete this three-year program will:
- Work in a paid, benefit-eligible full-time position at Dynomax, Inc
- Earn a tuition-free Associate in Applied Science degree in Manufacturing Technology
- Receive national credentials and a National RA Certificate upon successful completion
Apprentice Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- US Person, defined as US Citizen or Permanent US Resident
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand verbal and written directions given in the English language
- Professional work experience not required

Apprentice Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Interest in math and science
- Interest in becoming a CNC Machinist
