Quality Administrator
The Quality Administrator assists in maintaining internal quality documents, supports customer and agency audits. Performs First Article Inspection reviews, quality document reviews for accuracy. In addition, the Quality Administrator is responsible to submit and collect quality data needed to meet customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs FAI reviews for compliance of internal and external requirements.
- Submits completed FAIs per customer requirements.
- Reviews all data obtained during all quality activities to ensure consistency with customer and company policies and procedures.
- Submits completed Quality Documentation per customers’ requirements.
- Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards.
- Familiarization with reviewing documentation that complies with AS9102 standard.
- Processes calibration tools to outside vendor and maintains calibration records within in company tracking system.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
- Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English
- Preferred Experience using Quality tools and practices.
- Excellent Problem Solving, Statistical and Analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
