Contractor Services Representative
To support the Contractor Services Department by performing general clerical and administrative tasks such as processing department transfers, driver terminations, fielding driver calls and handling finance-related and operational matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assists various departments with ATS requirements for Owner vehicles, (i.e., Tractor Titles, 2290 schedule one, Tractor registration and outside lease review) and business document requirements (i.e., LLC, INC and DBA business requirements)

Assigns company equipment to Transferring drivers (i.e., ATS issued Fuel card, Transponders, and Securement equipment).

Processing all Contractor Terminations (including inactivating driver and payee codes, assessing fees, sending certified mail, transferring money from various accounts, and providing final statements based on company policy).

Answers incoming contractor driver calls, assisting with financial advances, advancing available funds according to pre-determined guidelines and/or with supervisor’s approval after reviewing relevant information (i.e., mileage performances, out of service time, over-advanced driver, detailed account financial status, etc.), compiling information for work-ups as needed, informing drivers of codes needed to receive advances, and maintaining finance-related records.

Monitors and maintains reserve books, updating records (i.e., recording advances and equipment charges), explaining reserve accounts to contractors and researching charges/credits on accounts as needed.

Performs general clerical and administrative duties as needed (i.e., data entry, type, word processing, filing, distributing reports, answering telephones, screening/routing calls, taking/forwarding messages)

Compensation & Benefits:
- The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $21.00 - $26.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
