Fabrication Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fabrication department. This individual will play a key role in maintaining safety standards, managing production schedules, and ensuring inventory control. You will work closely with the management team to implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices that contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the fabrication department, managing a team of 2-3 employees.
• Oversee daily fabrication operations while ensuring production quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production schedules and communicate material needs to the Manager/Purchasing department.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and managing shop maintenance.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, vendors, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, routers, shears, and glue is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
