Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at our AAHA-accredited animal hospital in Apple Valley, MN. Our hospital is home to a team of 6 experienced doctors who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of veterinary care. As an AAHA accredited hospital, we uphold the highest industry standards to ensure our patients receive the best care possible. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, professional, and caring environment for both our clients and their pets. 

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients with a friendly and positive attitude. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries. Process payments and manage patient accounts. Provide accurate information about services, pricing and hospital policies. Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care

Qualifications: Previous Customer Service experience a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast- paced environment.
