We are looking to add a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to our team. This position is critical in ensuring that a company's products or services meet established quality standards. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
In the role of QMS Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO-9001 and TL-9000 standards. This role involves leading quality initiatives, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of quality management standards, as well as experience in risk management, business continuity plans, and performance monitoring.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Maintain and Manage Quality Management System: Ensure compliance and certification with industry standards. Plan, conduct, and oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality, process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Analysis: Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis to track quality metrics.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles, standards and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Lead problem-solving efforts related to quality issues.
- Strategic Goals: Collaborate with management to set and implement strategic quality goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to business operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Business Continuity Planning: Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure the organization can continue operations during and after a disruption.
- Crisis Management: Coordinate response efforts during emergencies to minimize impact on business operations.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate activities of the Quality Assurance team.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related 7+ years' work experience supporting a Quality Management System supporting the requirements of ISO9001 and TL9000 standards.
- Certifications: Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification preferred
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
- Understanding of business continuity and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, including Business Objects and Power BI.
