Personal Assistant to Executive Couple (Rural Estate)

An active executive couple with a large rural estate in the Spokane, WA area is seeking a reliable and experienced Personal Assistant to provide seamless, high-level support in both their personal and professional lives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their home and personal affairs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the principals, managing their personal and household needs with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain household spaces, including closets, pantries, and storage areas, ensuring everything is well-kept and easily accessible.
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and deliveries, ensuring timely communication and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and coordinate the principals' digital calendars (iCal), scheduling both personal and professional appointments.
  • Provide transportation for the principals and guests, including running errands and grocery shopping.
  • Coordinate household maintenance, scheduling service providers and ensuring completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the family's vehicles, ensuring they are properly serviced and ready for use.
  • Assist with guest hospitality, including managing arrivals, departures, and schedules.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, including invitations, thank-you notes, and other personal communication.
  • Handle charitable requests and manage donations as needed.
  • Secure reservations and tickets for concerts, events, and other activities the principals wish to attend.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the principals, managing all travel details seamlessly.
  • Provide daily care for the family dog, ensuring its well-being and comfort.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting a private household or estate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the principals, family office, and other staff.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable driving in various conditions, including mountain roads and inclement weather, with a valid driver's license.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of the principals' privacy at all time.
  • Comfortable working in a household with a friendly dog.

 

Schedule:
Typically, a five-day work week with flexibility to meet the needs of the principals.

 

Compensation:
Salary range of $130,000 to $150,000+, based on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included. For qualified candidates, a relocation package is available, and temporary living accommodations may be provided during the relocation period.
