How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As an Engineer, Software Test, you will be responsible to verify and fix factory production test software issues and improvements as a part of global test engineering team. You will work closely with Operations, R&D and Quality to guarantee production test software is running smoothly. This role will be based in Goa.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Conduct new test and automation projects & optimizations for production mass run, including training, trial run, test savings analysis etc., and collect & analyze production test software optimizations and new ideas for new test development.
- Localizing and transferring test instrument & fixture prototypes to reduce hardware costs and lead time, and support Quality, Operations and R&D to RCA test variances and analyze reports for customer.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electronics / Electronics Telecommunication / RF & Microwave / Computer Science or a similar field.
- At least 6 to 8 years of industrial experience in RF product testing.
- Great to have knowledge of LTE and RF networks.
- Knowledge of RF hardware systems and testing equipment is a must.
- Design, optimization and testing of antennas / different RF & microwave product performance of wireless products FR1/FR2 and LTE frequency bands.
- Simulation & Hardware tuning of various antennas using matching networks.
- Proficient understanding of complete software development cycle, Gauge R&R, test plan / protocol development & execution.
- Professional experiences in handling Vector Network Analyzer/ Spectrum Analyzer (ZNL6) / Signal Generators / PIM Analyzer for production testing, calibration, validation, verification, PIM & Return Loss measurement variances analyze etc.
- Measurement of RF path loss, Return Loss, VSWR and TDR for RF & Microwave products by preparing & executing RF test plan.
- Responsible for RF test design, integration & familiar with PCB schematics. PCBA troubleshooting skills are desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work without / minimal supervision.

- Prior experience with Transmit Receive (TR) module PCBA test, EMI/EMC probing methods, test system design, measurement system analysis is plus.
- Test automation using python or any industrial software & customized hardware development experience in RF/Microwave domain will be highly appreciated.
- An innovative thinker with great communication skills & ability to adapt to work with cross functional team will make you a great fit to the team.
- It would be great if you have hands on experience in coding, data analysis tool & database management skills.
