As the Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle—from requirements validation to deployment and ongoing maintenance. You will be the driving force behind cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication with the client, the IV&V vendor, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Full Project Lifecycle: Oversee IT solution implementation, integration, and maintenance operations while ensuring deliverables align with project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Manage Agile IT Projects: Apply agile methodologies to accelerate project success and optimize development cycles.
  • Oversee Multi-Million Dollar Projects: Manage complex IT initiatives valued at $10M+, including software installations, system upgrades, and ongoing site maintenance.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between client teams, technical staff, and external vendors.
  • Drive Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Align project execution with PMI, Agile, and IT governance best practices.
  • Team Leadership & Communication: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence among project teams.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of FTE experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director overseeing IT solution implementation and integration, including scope, cost, risk, and quality management.
5+ years managing IT solution maintenance and operations.
3+ years leading IT projects that followed agile methodologies.
4+ years actively managing IT projects ($10M+ contract value), covering software installation, upgrades, and site maintenance.
Active PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
