IT Intern- Summer 2025

We are looking for an IT Intern to join our IT team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support, systems management, and troubleshooting in a professional environment. As an IT Intern, you will assist the IT department in maintaining and improving the company’s technology infrastructure, and gain exposure to software, hardware, and networking systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide assistance to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
• Network Support: Help with network maintenance, including ensuring proper network connectivity and supporting basic network troubleshooting tasks.
• System Setup & Maintenance: Assist in setting up new systems, software installations, and maintaining hardware and software inventories.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference.
• Project Assistance: Participate in various IT projects, such as software rollouts, system upgrades, and network improvements.
• Security & Compliance: Assist in monitoring system security, perform software updates, and ensure that security best practices are followed.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving technical skills.
