Summary
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within pre-determined time frames with defined deliverables and a finite budget. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to create and maintain scope, develop schedule, and manage resources to ensure successful project completion. Reviews the project status and key performance indicators on a regular basis with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager and will be responsible for leading multiple projects on daily basis.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide project management on multiple projects. Responsible for all aspects of project execution which includes defining the scope, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, identifying gaps in procedures, and managing budget.
·Define and document the scope of the project in collaboration with cross-functional SMEs and senior management.
·Collaborate with SMEs to create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Manage team resources to meet all committed deliverables and budgeted commitments per the work plan, promptly escalating issues or risks when required.
- Accountable to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and gather input from cross-functional teams.
·Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
·Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date and that project is within the approved budget.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices, fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Received: Directive from the Vice President, Supply Chain
Given: Directive to managers and staff of each project.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience and expertise required. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Experience in writing procedures and work instructions.
- Strong time management skills and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to advance the company's vision on a multitude of projects ranging in scale and scope.
- Passionate about growing the company through successful performance.
- Work collaboratively with the team and company leadership to execute projects strategically and efficiently.
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Effectively understand project workflows and how to lead teams to committed outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop the knowledge base required to understand the host environment and to communicate within and across various levels of management.
- Ability to build relationships and drive consensus across diverse teams.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Project is essential. Utilize various software, including Power BI, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, power point), pdf/acrobat, etc.
Miscellaneous Requirements: Must be able to pass screening, drug test and background check. And adhere to company’s drug-free workplace policies.
