FLEET AND CONTRACT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary  

The Fleet and Contract Services Administrator will organize, develop, and maintain the administrative functions of ProLift Toyota Material Handling's Fleet Services Department/Offerings. A successful Fleet and Contract Services Administrator will support the Fleet Services Department and our cohorts and customers in the building of relationships and the execution of our services with a goal of being an "Indispensable Partner" to all. 

  

General Duties and Responsibilities  

  

  • Be accountable for the creation, maintenance and accuracy of all new Maintenance Contracts submitted via ProLift Sales Team Members. 

  • Partner with Centralized Billing and Operations Team to complete administrative tasks related to Toyota Fleet Accounts and Maintenance Contract setups. 

  • Lead customer service initiatives related to Toyota Fleet and Maintenance Contract setups. 

  • Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner". 

  

Educational/Job Requirements  

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have good adminstrative, and written and verbal communication skills. The Fleet and Contract Services Adminstrator must have strong knowledge and skills in ELC, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and be comfortable learning and using other software products.
