Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Multi-Disciplinary Analyst who will work closely with our business, supply chain, and marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and demonstrated experience in PowerBI and creating reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze business processes, supply chain operations, and marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to visualize complex data.
• Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Collaborate with supply chain managers to analyze data related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Recommend improvements for streamlining operations and reducing costs within the supply chain.
• Market Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Support marketing campaigns with data-driven insights to enhance market reach and customer engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with IT, operations, sales, and finance departments to gather and integrate data from various sources.
  • Provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on analytical findings.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy in data management and analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or Marketing Analyst in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in PowerBI, with hands-on experience in creating and modifying analytical dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and databases in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
