Service Coordinator

Hull Lift Truck, Inc. is currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our Ft Wayne, IN location due to continued growth. The Service Coordinator will complete work orders, help with billing, and provide customer service via phone calls and in person.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Help with walk in customers
• Update and open service work orders daily
• Honor commitments to customer and internal team members
• Perform warranty filing
• Help dispatch when needed

Qualifications:

• Must possess basic math and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn the business system software utilized by the department
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite
• Ability to quickly learn to work with OEM information systems
• Superior customer service and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Dispatching or material handling industry experience helpful
• Extremely detail oriented
• Honest and high level of integrity
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Interpersonal and active listening skills
• Team player
