RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, answering general questions
- Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Scheduling
- File maintenance
- Data entry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer skills
- Timekeeping
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to utilize multi-line phone
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Display professional manner at all times
- Previous reception or customer service experience
- Previous experience in a Veterinary setting preferred but not required
- Flexibility in schedule
