Job Summary:

Georgia Pines Community Service Board is a public, not-for-profit organization with an annual budget of $25M and a diverse workforce of 300 direct-care and support staff. Georgia Pines Phoenix program is currently seeking a real leader, someone who has the passion, commitment, talent, and ability to work collaboratively with their peers to continue to advance the mission and vision of the organization.
The selected applicant will have the pleasure of providing a broad range of paraprofessional social services to patients/clients/consumers and their families. In addition with conducting patient/client/consumer intakes, participates in treatment team planning, and performs crisis intervention. Additionally, the applicant may assist in dealing with personal and social problems. Select applicant may provide supportive counseling to consumers and families and/or serve as a liaison for social services and perform case management duties.

This position is an integral part of the agency's Addictive Disease Inpatient Phoenix program and reports directly to the Team Lead with appropriate latitude for utilizing seasoned judgment to accomplish his/her responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and two years' experience in a social services related position Or Bachelor's degree in a social services related field Or One year at the lower level or position equivalent.
