Service Administrator

Job Summary 

The Service Team Administrator is responsible for working directly with our technicians and internal customers through proactive phone and email communication on scheduling and billing The Service Team Administrator will process and distribute invoices for payment  

General Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Process accounts payable invoices and assign accounts payable invoices through invoicing system (TrinDocs) 

  • Process PM agreements within 2 business days of receipt 

  • Balance petty cash and request checks weekly or as needed 

  • Post Technician labor daily and run payroll reports weekly 

  • Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner". 

Educational/Job Requirements 

The Service Team Administrator will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of customer service or administrative experience and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Service Team Administrator communicates to associates, internal and customers, and managers, which requires excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
