With a strategic initiative for growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to fill a Business Development position in the USA to represent DynaIndustrial in the steel/pipe industry. This individual will maximize sales opportunities for existing and new customers by aligning the strengths of DynaIndustrial with the needs of the customer. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this individual's key responsibilities will include:
- Leverage existing customer relationships to actively promote DynaIndustrial's products, services and solutions with the objective to generate sales.
- Recognize new opportunities of business and secure projects for DynaIndustrial.
- Prepare and present proposals and estimates to customers.
- Work closely with the General Managers and the engineering department to ensure customer expectations are met (ie. Initial customer concept, to drawings, to the final design)
- Maintain constant customer contact, throughout each project, to ensure the project remains on schedule and on budget.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with customers.
- Manage information through regular and accurate documentation and reporting.
- Prospect, qualify, manage, close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Competencies will include:
- A technical background with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Customer focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships for mutual business success.
- Strong network of industry contacts.
- Problem solving skills.
- Consistently making ethical, trustworthy and respectful decisions.
- A valid driver's license and a clear driving record with the ability to travel frequently.
- A valid passport for international travel.
