B. QUALIFICATIONS:

Employee must have a Bachelor's Degree in a human services or related field. Employee must have the ability to multitask, organize responsibilities in order of priority, develop processes to assist staff with completing job duties and responsibilities and to assist youth with identified needs,  possess strong verbal and written skills, collaborate with multi-systems and programs, utilize technological systems, including electronic medical record systems and state/federal data systems, complete reporting.

G.  ASSIGNED DUTIES

Complete staff scheduling, address staffing concerns, needs, and issues, complete disciplinary actions and other supervisory duties, provide oversight to the FEP crisis respite daily activities, collaborate with FEP Team Lead and other agency staff for continuity of care for residents, complete monthly reports, training of staff, collaboration with stakeholders, linkage to stakeholders,  facilitate staff meeting and other meetings, other duties as assigned.
