Machine Operator

Bay Insulation of Colorado, Inc. in Aurora, CO is looking for hire a full-time Machine Operator.  Would you like to work for a company that values their employees with a supportive team environment?  If you have paper converting experience, then we may have the opportunity for you!

This role will work with facings, fiberglass, and tab combinations.  The right person will follow all safety procedures and understand all safety equipment.  You also will be responsible for quality of all rolls including, but not limited to tabs, glue usage, poly usage, roll length, and labeling of rolls as needed. Also, this person will direct activities of General Laborer’s to keep production running efficiently.

This is a first shift, full-time position in a friendly and fast-paced environment. 

The job responsibilities are:

• Perform the daily safety checks.
• Monitor all safety equipment.
• Enter traceability information on production forms.
• Set up machine.
• Operate laminator and understand all functions of production.
• Perform routine adjustments to the laminator as needed.
• Perform compliance testing and understand all aspects of quality. 
• Assist with general clean-up.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Performs forklift operations and in compliance with the Forklift training and safety guidelines.
• Will be required to perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include 1 year of Production or Warehouse experience, preferred.
