Group Leader - Lamination

Summary of Position:

           This position is responsible for the coordination of activities, personnel and workflow through Lamination.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate workflow in the lamination department.
  • Coordinate cross-training and employee rotation plans.
  • Perform and/or learn all the operations associated with the Lamination department, including: Kit, Build, and the Press Room.
  • Work professionally with all other groups in the organization, as needed.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure safe work habits of team and operate under high safety standards.
  • Ensure all company policies are being followed
  • This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.                        
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.                 

Requirements: (Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses)

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Proven leadership abilities, or prior group leader or coordinator experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • 2+ years of PCB experience.
  • Computer skills a plus.
