Associate Veterinarian

Compassion Animal Hospital is looking to welcome a full-time, small animal veterinarian to our team and growing hospital! New grads welcome as we enjoy mentoring newer veterinarians!

We currently are a 4-doctor, small animal practice that dabbles in exotics. We have been part of our community for over 30 years and established a healthy and happy clientele. We encourage our doctors to pursue cases that they enjoy and develop om the parts of veterinary medicine they are passionate about. Our practices are well-equipped AND well-staffed. We value teamwork, good communication and collaboration. Work/Life balance is very important to us. We are looking for someone who shares our philosophy of practicing high-quality medicine, communicates well with clients, and recognizes the importance of self-care. We strive to keep work fun and fresh!  

Anticipated Schedule:

• 3 full days and ½ day a week

Our compensation package includes a starting base salary with monthly production with no-negative accrual, and sign-on bonus. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
