Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative supports customers along with the plant manager to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction and will be responsible for customer service, office administration and sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • All general office administrative functions including answering phones and routing to the appropriate person, filing, and general office organization.
  • Enter data and import quotes into the computer system.
  • Support sales team with quotes and basic customer inquiries as needed.
  • Route paperwork from office to warehouse, confirming shipped orders, to the Invoicing Department at corporate to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates and times to customers.
  • Assist with the coordination and tracking of customer orders to ensure proper communication and delivery.
  • Support in the quotation process, the placement of purchase orders, and follow-up with sales to ensure product and process is completed correctly.
  • Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • One year of office experience, preferred.
  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
  • Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
