Client Coordinator

            Client Coordinators are known as our front office liaison. They help facilitate the front office. Client Coordinators are responsible for greeting clients and making them feel welcomed. Client Coordinators must be personable with the clients. Must always smile and maintain an even, friendly demeanor, while on the job. Client Coordinators must escort clients and patients to clean, empty exam, free of persistent, offensive odors. Accurately weigh the pet on the correct scale for the pet. Assist clients to their cars if necessary. Offer water to clients or patients in need. Client Coordinators must keep the reception area clean and organized by dusting, picking up trash and organizing the work area. This position must clean exam rooms between clients and straighten them as needed by sweeping, cleaning the exam table & instruments & restocking rooms. Always keep coffee stocked and available for clients.

The Client Coordinators must be in close communication with the assistants/technicians. Client Coordinators are responsible for announcing that the assistants/doctors next exam room has been loaded. This position must also have knowledge of timing with all appointments going on in a given time. Client Coordinators should also have a general knowledge of the flow throughout the entire hospital during the workday. This position works closely with the CSR’s as well communicating and assisting them regularly as needed.

Client Coordinators must build positive professional relationships with clients and staff members. Client Coordinators should have completed their high school diplomas and must pursue on-the-job training.
