Candidates must have experience in a regionally based business, be proficient in meeting deadlines, and creating transparent and efficient processes. Our ideal candidate would be a team player, organized and friendly with a drive to creating continuous improvements. This position may offer some opportunity for hybrid work after 90 day onboarding. Candidates can be hired from Cambridge, Ohio area only.

Accounts Receivable Specialist
Primary Responsibility Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing credit limits, overseeing past due accounts, and ensuring effective collections processes. This role involves evaluating and assigning credit limits, handling credit overrides, collecting past due balances, and coordinating with collection agencies. Regularly review outstanding balances, manage accounts receivable variances, and recommend accounts for write-offs as necessary.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
This role requires sitting for extended periods of time and working at a desk. The individual will need to operate a computer using the keyboard and mouse. Minimal lifting is required above moving office related items and lifting a laptop/luggage to be able to travel as needed. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; reach above shoulders; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move office supplies, files, and reports weighing up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The role has high mental demands which requires strong comprehension, reasoning, decision making, math and computer software fluency.
