Butler/Estate Manager
Our clients are a busy executive couple who are moving to Coconut Grove.
We are seeking a Butler / Estate Manager who has experience running a large private residence, building a strong team, and significant experience entertaining.
Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for the daily operation of the residence and grounds
- Act as the main point of contact for the principals
- Perform daily walkthroughs
- Manage and work alongside the household staff
- Hire and supervise vendors and service providers
- Perform hands-on household tasks (e.g., daily graces, guest services)
- Oversee all aspects of gracious entertaining
Qualifications:
The right candidate will have prior experience working for a private principal and a strong front of house skill set. The Butler/EM will work with the established household team to ensure the seamless running of the home. The ideal candidate has a hands-on mentality and enjoys working in a busy residence. Candidates who speak some Spanish are preferred but not required.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, year-round position, generally five days/week with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Compensation:
Compensation of up to $175,000 offered, plus an annual discretionary bonus. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k), 15 days paid time off; 5 sick days, paid holidays.
