Compensation, Benefits & Systems Manager

The Compensation, Benefits & Systems Manager will be responsible for the management of the compensation, employee benefits and HR systems functions, including providing vision, planning, project coordination, staff management, and leadership consult. The manager plans, develops, and implements new and revised compensation, benefits programs and facilitates efficient operation of the HRIS, as well as policies and procedures to be responsive to ATS’ goals and competitive practices. The manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance and continuity through audits, legal reports, and personal interactions and confirming company compensation, benefits and systems are consistently administered in compliance with company policies.

Brief Scope of Opportunity

  • Leads the design and implementation of company-wide compensation programs, driving competitive wage structures and ensuring market alignment.
  • Conducts in-depth research on compensation and benefits trends in both new and existing markets, contributing to the company’s expansion and success. Partnering and advising leadership on compensation actions.
  • Plans and directs implementation and administration of employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, disability insurance, employee assistance, retirement, and other plans.
  • Analyzes and evaluates services, coverage, and options available through insurance and investment companies to determine programs best meeting needs of ATS.  Negotiates and contracts with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services, premiums, and plan administration.
  • Leads the implementation, management, and administration of cutting-edge HRIS and compensation process & tools, optimizing performance and streamlining operations.

Ideal Qualifications & Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (human resources, business) plus five (5) to seven (7) years of human resources experience including knowledge of compensation, benefits, HRIS, compliance, theories and discipline preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
