Production Clerk - 2nd Shift

The manufacturing facilities are geographically dispersed, with two facilities in Canada and one each in Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and North Carolina.

What is this position about?

Production:
This role is responsible for scanning raw materials into production and returning raw materials back to the warehouse using a scanner. This role will also maintain accuracy of our WIP items into D365 (ERP). 

Packaging:
This role will move Work-In-Progress (WIP) items from virtual locations to the coinciding packaging lines in D365(ERP) using a scanner. This role will also transact returns of packaging materials back to the warehouse using a scanner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensures accuracy of work orders in ERP system.
  • Ensures that transactions are done accurately and timely into ERP system.
  • Assists production coordinators with solving discrepancies with work orders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a high school diploma at a minimum.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with equipment if necessary.
