Dianne's Fine Desserts, a Dessert Holdings company, is looking for a Production Scaler to join our team based in Le Center MN. This individual will ensure proper weight of the product at various stages in production.
Key Responsibilities:
Finishing:
1. Weighing ingredients according to formulas and the work list
2. Operating scaling/preparation of scaling equipment
3. Adjustment of depositors
4. Must be able to complete paperwork (i.e. Weight Sheet and Excessive Waste Form)
5. Ensuring accurate weights are deposited
6. Working on the line as needed
7. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
8. Back up Production Team Lead
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Competency Statement(s)
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience
Basic Computer Knowledge
English preferred, bi-lingual a plus
Comprehension of simple math
Ability to stand on ones feet for 10 hours a day.
