Qualifications:Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in programming PowerBI Desktop, PowerApps, Dataverse, and associated Microsoft development tools. OR HS/GED Degree in No degree requirements. - Knowledge of data joins, appends, AD permission groups, RLS and DAX scripting.
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, Power BI Desktop and publishing to PowerBI web.
- Advanced knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and document libraries.
- Understanding of group permission best practices.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Power Automate & Power Apps solutions.
- Working experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Strong understanding of backend development concepts and experience with custom coding.
- Excellent computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft formulas and development methods.
- Knowledge of working in a government environment is preferred.

Duties:The assignment is with the Agricultural Research Service, Administrative and Financial Management Organization, Human Resources Division. The project entails developing tools within the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint and other Microsoft tools and technologies.

- Creating custom Power BI Dashboards including the need for complex data joins, custom DAX calculations, and Row Level Security (RLS). 80%
- Develop PowerApps that include obtaining end user data entry, creating custom if/then decision trees, automated collection into SharePoint lists, and automated emails based upon multiple field entries. 10%
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions including streamlining/improving current PowerPlatform solutions. 10%
