Associate Wealth Advisor - Cedar Rapids

We are seeking a talented Associate Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will support our Wealth Advisors in managing client relationships and providing top-tier client service. This includes administrative assistance, financial planning support, participation in client meetings and, over time, participation in training and development activities designed to position you for promotion to a Wealth Advisor. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist Wealth Advisors in managing investment, IRA, trust, estate, financial planning, and other client requests.
- Complete day-to-day administration of accounts and complete new and existing client paperwork, annual account reviews and assist with other projects.
- Assist our Wealth Advisory team by promptly responding to client requests for distribution and other types of service inquiries.
- Complete proper IRA/agency paperwork and operations templates for client changes.
- Participate in client meetings to build rapport and establish understanding of the Wealth Advisor role.
- Assist with the client portal including access, trouble shooting and other client requests.
- Work with FCT staff and help with other clerical duties and projects as assigned.
Who You Are
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- 2+ years’ experience within a financial institution.
- Understanding of administrative and operational functions within a professional office environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and conceptual and cognitive thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well within a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
