Qualifications:Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience in in organizational management, design, and/or business process improvement. OR AA Degree - Proficient knowledge in applying human resources rules and regulations pertaining to organizational development and planning. General knowledge of classification and position management in the Federal sector. Preferred but not required: Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
- possibly LERIS
Duties:Provide assistance with program and project management of human capital, organizational design and position management, recruitment planning activity to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the organization, as well as helping to design new business processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of HR program delivery. This position has the option to work remotely.

- Provides assistance and support in developing a comprehensive framework for developing sound position management practices, position description development, recruitment plans and strategies. Assist with outlining an executable project plan and conducting monthly project performance assessments. 30%
- Assists with analyzing, reviewing and evaluating internal administrative practices and policies to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, economical and consistent processes with administrative HR programs. Assists with classification and position management. Reviews and evaluates proposed standard operating procedures and ensures sound implementation plan and strategy. 30%
- Assist with designing, executing and supporting HR on change management initiatives by applying sound organizational development methods and advises on complex HR initiatives involving aspects of organizational design and position management. 25%
- Provides input to the development of Agency resource materials that include information on position management and recruitment strategies in an effort to help build a more diverse workforce. 10%
- Submit biweekly status reports to the Monitor including an accounting of hours. Meet with the Monitor regularly to review the most recent status report and discuss any issues or concerns. Provide monthly reports detailing accomplishments, on-going efforts, future planned efforts and any other metrics. 5%
