Oracle EBS Project Manager

IMRI is seeking a senior level or above Project Manager with vast experience upgrading Oracle EBusiness Suite from on-prem to cloud. Person must have experience with 

project management, project controls, and project administrative services. Professional services required include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Guidance, direction and specialized assistance to client's project managers for the resolution of complex project control issues.

2. Leading the project controls efforts for the planning, scheduling, cost analysis, monitoring and reporting for programs and projects.

3. Creating and managing project schedule, task resources and costs using Microsoft Project Plan or similar tools, identifying all tasks on critical path and accomplishing them.

4. Collecting, analyzing data and making recommendations on components of the Capital Investment Program.

5. Developing specialized work breakdown structures for complex projects.

6. Provide administrative support to assigned PMs.

7. Participating in the development and implementation of project controls policies and procedures.

8. Participating in the development of project cost estimates.

9. Preparing expenditure forecasts and budgets for programs and projects.

10. Researching, analyzing, preparing reports and documents for client's management.

11. Preparing reports and recommendations on project related requests.

12. Prepare public sector solicitation documentation as per client's standards.

13. Other related work as needed.
