Juanita Bay Veterinary Hospital was founded in 1960 by Dr. Mike Clark's father, Lew Clark. From the beginning our philosophy has remained the same: to be highly committed to the individual needs of pets and their owners. As pet owners ourselves, we understand that every cat or dog is unique and we treat each pet that comes through our doors with that same level of compassion and expertise. We are an established and rapidly growing 4-doctor hospital and we are looking to add an experienced full-time or Part-Time veterinarian to our team. We have a skilled and dedicated support staff, including licensed veterinary technicians to assist you.
Our goal is to provide excellence in medical care and "wow" service to our community while educating our clients to help strengthen the human-animal bond and ensure optimal health and longevity to our patients. Our compensation package includes a starting base salary of $110,000 - $140,000, monthly production with no-negative accrual, and sign-on bonus. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
