Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for customer service, office administration, and sales support. Provide customer service via answering phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes. Assist with office duties including completing paperwork, order entry, and other office work as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles sales calls/emails with existing and potential new customers.
  • Provides accurate product quotes.
  • Submits customer orders.
  • Verifies all orders are accurate and meets the customer's delivery expectations.
  • Maintains a project log and follows up on customer accounts.
  • Communicates with District Manager in regard to customer accounts, pricing, project updates, and competitor info.

 

Qualifications:

  • Inside sales or customer service experience within the manufacturing/construction industries, preferred.
  • Ability to understand metal building drawings, architectural blueprints, and other specifications, preferred.
