Estate Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager who is highly skilled with home renovation, maintenance, and the creation and implementation of organizational systems. A successful candidate will demonstrate tact, adeptness in direct communication, creativity in problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring tasks are executed with precision and excellence. This opportunity is suited for individuals who can confidently assert themselves and are proactive in seeking clarification through thoughtful questioning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff scheduling, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Solicit multiple bids, ensure vendors meet expectations, and assess honesty and quality of service.
  • Manage maintenance for three properties, including inspections, repairs, and system upkeep.
  • Oversee household budgeting, collaborate with financial professionals, and ensure spending aligns with budgets.
  • Interface with professionals for insurance, legal matters, and healthcare, manage purchases and privacy, and oversee storage.
  • Maintain calendars, to-do lists, and reports, establish communication protocols, and utilize digital collaboration tools for efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or similar.
  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience, including at least 5 years' experience in real estate, project management, or similar.
  • Great leadership, people management, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, balancing extreme assertiveness with consistent respect and professionalism.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
  • Expertise with contemporary digital tools for calendar, documents, spreadsheets, project management, budgeting, etc.
  • Extreme discretion and respect for privacy

 

Schedule:

The general work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with the flexibility to work additional hours in the evenings or weekends as requested.

 

Compensation:

The salary for this role will be $180,000 - $200,000 annually.
