Set Up
This position will perform necessary operations from resistance through finish pack processes to manufacture Thermistors to designed specifications.
- Regular attendance
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations
- Efficiently/safely set up/operate equipment
- Read/understand/follow appropriate procedures/process sheets to complete assigned tasks
- Manufacture quality product through effective use of process/product measuring equipment and interpret results
- Record/maintain applicable product/process information
- Provide active input for continuous process improvement
- Effectively communicate information to co-workers/management
- Work effectively with other functional areas to guarantee quality product
- Provide assistance in writing new/revising old procedure/process sheets
- Notify supervisor whenever procedures/process sheets cannot be followed as written
- Perform adjustments and preventative maintenance on equipment/tools in a timely manner and accurately maintain records of maintenance to maintain control conditions.
- Assist with preventative maintenance.
- Notify maintenance for repairs when necessary
- Able to perform Tableworker tasks
- Notify supervisor when additional training is necessary if operators fail to follow instructions/procedures
- Understand/apply SPC fundamentals
