  • Will go above and beyond for every customer
  • Be kind, compassionate, and empathetic during all conversations and interactions
  • Have excellent typing, grammar & computer skills
  • Have the ability to multi-task while keeping a calm demeanor
  • Greet and handle all incoming clients and calls
  • Will have prior front desk experience in a veterinary and/or medical setting - at least 1 year working in reception
  • Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed
  • Is ethical, punctual & has excellent time management
  • Bonus points if familiar with Avimark
