- Will go above and beyond for every customer

- Have excellent typing, grammar & computer skills
- Have the ability to multi-task while keeping a calm demeanor
- Greet and handle all incoming clients and calls
- Will have prior front desk experience in a veterinary and/or medical setting - at least 1 year working in reception
- Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed
- Is ethical, punctual & has excellent time management
- Bonus points if familiar with Avimark
