Field Laborer
Summary
The Laborer will work collaboratively with the Equipment Operators and Foreman for completion of jobsite activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks at job site with equipment provided
- Completes work as directed by Foreman
- Produces a high quality of work
- Meets job completion deadlines
- Observes company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Loading and unloading of construction materials
- Keeps work area neat and clean
- Operating/Driving vehicle and equipment
- Maintains a neat appearance and dresses appropriately for the job
- Good attendance
- Is a team player, and communicates well
- Presents a positive attitude about the company and the job

Physical Requirements
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously throughout the scheduled workday
- Stand, reach, drive and use fine motor skills frequently throughout the day
- Bend, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the workday
- Lift up to 100 pounds
- Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and may be in loud environments
- Must work in a manner that will not jeopardize the health and safety of him/herself or others
Language Skills
- Must be able to read and comprehend English
